Changing the rolling mill belts is now easier thanks to a table unlocking system that allows the belt to be replaced in just thirty minutes.
Particular attention has been paid during the construction of the STRATUS rolling mills in order to facilitate cleaning operations. - The Stratus Senior XL rolling mill is also available in a Platinium version, the entire table has been reinforced for cutting, accommodates as standard a frame for supporting tools with a cutting tool included (interchangeable tools on order). Other sizes of cutting tools are available as accessories. For even more precision and comfort, this rolling mill has a digital display of the opening of the rolls, a double speed selector, as well as a double control pedal for work cycle inversions.

Bertand Puma’s STRATUS range is made up of table-top sheeters (Junior) and models on a stand (Senior and Senior XL). The Junior tabletop sheeter will be able to fit into the smallest workspaces. With a distance of 700mm between its feet, it can be placed on a pastry tower for even more practicality. For an even smaller footprint, the STRATUS rolling mills have removable and foldable tables upwards.
