The BP proofing chamber is available in an automatic or manual version, from 62 to 84 swings, in 2 widths, making it possible to reach a capacity of 260 to 588 dough pieces.
– The swings are made up of 3 bars, one of which is weighted, which gives them excellent rigidity and great stability. They can accommodate 650g, 1000g pockets and synthetic or monofilament felt gutters. The pockets on a thermoformed frame are very easy to assemble and remove.
– Bag-to-bag flouring saving flour and limiting suspended dust in the bakery.
– The expansion chamber can be completely filled (both in manual and automatic versions) thanks to the disengageable turning system.
– The loading surface of the manual version is covered with felt to facilitate rolling.
During a power cut, it is possible to unload the proofing chamber manually. A dump key is provided for this purpose.
A guarantee of robustness
The self-supporting structure of the proofing chamber is made of food-grade epoxy painted steel. The braced shafts provide excellent rigidity.

Easy upkeep and maintenance
All the expansion chambers are mobile thanks to casters (including 2 on brakes) located under the frame. The limit switches are adjustable from the outside without any dismantling.

Notes: On all BP chambers, the turning device is retractable. Therefore, BP expansion chambers can be filled completely. In this case, the number of useful swings corresponds to the total number of swings.
