Ergonomics and hygiene
With simple movements, the dough is divided thanks to the oscillating plate which balls the dough into perfectly rounded and identical dough pieces. Pressing intensity and rounding time can be adjusted manually depending on the type of dough to be processed.
For greater mobility, the RD2 First dividers are fitted with castors which retract when using the machine.
Maintenance is simple thanks to easy access to the various components and the possibility of tilting the cutting disc forwards.
The Teflon coating of the disc also allows simple and quick cleaning. This appliance meets the most recent safety and hygiene standards.
