Fully integrated, this equipment allows both the relaxation of the dough pieces and the shaping. The RPFI is mobile thanks to wheels (including 2 brakes) located under the frame.
Delivered as standard with synthetic felt gutters, they can receive pockets of 650grs, 1000grs. Available in felt or nylon monofilament. Mixing is also possible!
Semi-automatic version:
- Unloading by timer
- Maintenance cycle: During an adjustable time, the swings stop in front of germicidal lamps and fans, which allows germs to be eliminated and the felts to be dried.
Personalized swing: Automatic search for the 1st swing loaded at the end of filling the RPFI in order to position it when unloading.
A guarantee of sturdiness
The self-supporting structure of the integrated moulder swing is made of food-grade epoxy painted steel. All the sprockets are fixed on spacer shafts which ensure excellent rigidity.
